Portnoy Disability Practice was founded by Marjorie Portnoy, Esq. who has dedicated her career to helping the disabled obtain the benefits they need and deserve. A graduate of Cornell University and Boston College Law School, Ms. Portnoy was formerly Managing Attorney at one of the largest Social Security representation organizations in the country.

Ms. Portnoy established Portnoy Disability Practice to provide individualized attention to each case. She has successfully obtained benefits for hundreds of disabled individuals, just like you. We know firsthand how difficult it is to manage a disability. That is why we do everything possible to shoulder the burden of dealing with Social Security for you.

Ms. Portnoy is former co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Social Security Committee and a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).
